UK Sales Manager – Fleet & Logistics Industry

About the Role

As the UK Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, creating a culture of success and motivation.

  • Implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue, increase margins, and expand market presence.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key fleet customers to drive long-term success.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights on KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns.

  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and key account negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Fuelcard and EU teams, to maximize opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within fleet management, logistics, or transport.

  • Strong strategic planning, team management, and business development skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key clients.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting on sales performance and KPIs.

  • A passion for innovation and creating a high-energy sales culture.

  • Full UK driving licence required.
