Our agency offers a supportive structure, including access to thousands of CPD modules via the National College to enhance your classroom training. We also run in-person courses to prepare you for what to expect before your first day.

Who Will Be Successful in This Role?* Passionate about supporting children's learning and development* Patient and able to work well with children of all ages* Adaptable to different school environments and student needs* Strong communication skills for working with teachers, parents, and students* Reliable and committed to providing consistent support* Empathetic and understanding of individual student needs, including SEN* Enthusiastic about ongoing professional development and training

The logistics:* Working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm* Work term time only, positions starting both ASAP and from April* The daily rate will start from £85 per day over 6.5 hours, however this is likely to increase dependent on experience and qualifications * You will need to obtain a DBS; we can help you with this!
