Programme Manager needed for Mental Health EPR Implementation in SussexIntroductory Paragraph:We are seeking a skilled and experienced programme manager to oversee the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system within mental health services based in Sussex. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare, and this role will play a crucial part in achieving that goal.Skills:Leadership Skills:The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills with previous management experience leading teams through change.Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills are essential when dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation including patients/service users, clinicians and senior executives.Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to plan strategically while coordinating multiple work streams simultaneously is required along with excellent organisational abilities.Technical Knowledge/Skills Required :Experience working on SystmOne implementations would be highly advantageous given our client's current use of this technology platform.Responsibilities :* Developing project plans identifying key milestones,deliverables & resources needed * Liaising closely between IT team members &clinical staff ensuring smooth delivery * Facilitating workshops/training sessions where necessary This position offers an attractive daily rate payment structure starting from £600 per day(Outside IR35) which reflects both your expertise/experience level but also shows how important you'll be viewed by executive-level decision-makers.
