What You Will Do:

- Develop and implement a commercial strategy to attract new business across various industries, offering turnkey product and service solutions.

- Proven experience in implementing growth strategies and managing client relationships within a metals manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in non-ferrous metals.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

- A solid track record of customer acquisition and qualifying leads, backed by domain expertise.

- Proficiency in MRP for data management and reporting.

- A good standard of education, complemented by previous experience in sales and marketing.
