- Manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Lead site teams, liaise with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in fit-out projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
