Site ManagerCirca £50,000Fixed term contract 9-12 months with a view to stay on after project completionStart date: ASAPImmediately available candidates/ up to 2 weeks' notice are preferredI'm currently working with a Bristol based boutique design and build architecture and construction practice with the crucial hire of a Site Manager.My client's ethos is all about sustainability, designing energy efficient properties, using energy efficient materials, and ensuring the way they build is ecologically sound. There expertise lies within residential properties, new build and retrofit.As Site Manager you will oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring full compliance with the CDM Regulations 2015. You will be on site 5 days per week on location in Somerset to oversee the end of phase 1 and the duration of phase 2 of this residential development.
- You will excel in CDM, compliance, and administration
- Experience in undertaking conventional site management duties
- Open mind to new ideas, environmentally focused ways of working, retrofit and sustainability methods and practices
- Prior experience in retrofit/ sustainable projects is advantageous
- Relevant CSCS card
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification required
- Asbestos awareness certification is required (training can be provided)
- First Aid at Work certification is required (training can be provided)
- Fire Warden certification is required (training can be provided)
- Clean driving license and own transport
