The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to coordinate engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project schedules and construction requirements. You will work closely with designers, contractors, and construction teams to facilitate seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:* Coordinating engineers across various technical teams and resolving multi-disciplinary interface challenges.* Monitoring the performance of engineering activities, using KPIs and reporting metrics.* Ensuring all design and construction changes are delivered on time to meet project requirements.* Attending readiness reviews for design packages before they are released for construction.* Collaborating with design, contractor, and construction teams to ensure high-quality technical responses.* Reporting risks and facilitating the resolution of issues while supporting workload management.

The IndividualWe're looking for candidates who can demonstrate:* Strong knowledge of civil design and construction processes.* Understanding of contract management and CDM regulations.* Experience maintaining accurate project records and working with technical databases.* The ability to identify process improvements and resolve technical issues within a project environment.
