You’ll guide projects through the post-concept stage, driving progress and ensuring all necessary steps are taken to prepare for successful approval and delivery.The ChallengeYou’ll coordinate and manage technical and project teams, ensuring the timely development of essential artefacts and templates. With a strong understanding of defence approval processes, you’ll help navigate the project through its most critical phases.From scheduling and advising teams to ensuring compliance with best practices, your role will be pivotal in aligning cross-functional efforts and delivering results.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking candidates with:
  • Project management experience in the defence sector.
  • Familiarity with JSP507, Defence Gateway processes, and Knowledge in Defence (KiD) (or a willingness to quickly develop this expertise).
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • SC Clearance
  • Maximum of 4 weeks notice period
Experience leading a PMO or overseeing similar high-level activities will be beneficial but not essential.
