You will be experienced in carrying your own mixed residential caseload of residential freehold and leasehold, and ideally new builds. You should be an experienced conveyancer who has a real focus on customer care and delivering the best outcome for your client. You will be handling a mix of cases, including leasehold and freehold matters, and should be confident in dealing with this type of work.Â
