Skills Coach/Apprenticeship Trainer- APMPertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a great national training provider.Rated by Ofsted as ā€˜Goodā€, this is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working within Apprenticeship delivery and Project ManagementWe are looking for an Apprenticeship Trainer/Skills Coach on a fully remote basis.The Skills Coach will be delivering Levels 4 to individuals achieving their apprenticeship qualifications in Associate Project Management (APM)ā€¢ Salary of up to Ā£35,000ā€¢ Remote Working, with flexible hours.Ā ā€¢ Option for Flexible Workingā€¢ Internal Health and Wellbeing TeamKey Duties and Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Trainer Skills Coach- Associate Project Manager (APM)ā€¢ Deliver engaging learning programs in order to support learners towards their Apprenticeship Qualification in APMā€¢ Use and develop a wide range of resources and techniques, tailored to learnersā€™ individual needs.ā€¢ Observe and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learner's qualification and meet the needs of the qualification.ā€¢ Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential.ā€¢ Proactively monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of own workload and working practices to ensure deadlines and targets are met and that the learner has an outstanding experience.ā€¢ Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progressā€¢ Visit and observe learners in their place of work to support and gather evidenceSkills, Experience and Qualifications for the Project Manager Skills Coachā€¢ Hold a recognised Project Management Qualification such as APM or Prince 2 or equivalentā€¢ Vocational experience within Project Managementā€¢ Assessorā€™s Award (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)ā€¢ Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not required (PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent).ā€¢ Experience in delivering training and coaching sessions to apprenticeship learners in Leadership and Management- Knowledge of Project Manager standards would be highly desirable.
