?? No formal teaching qualifications needed-just real-world experience and a passion for developing skilled professionals!

?? Your Role as a Trainer/Assessor:

??? Deliver Engaging Training - Provide outstanding instruction, assessment, and support for apprentices to help them achieve their qualifications, functional skills, and apprenticeship standards before their EPA.

?? Create Personalised Learning Plans - Work closely with apprentices and employers to design tailored training plans, using skills scans and assessments to identify individual learning needs.

?? Track Progress - Use e-portfolio systems to monitor apprentices' development in Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs), ensuring they stay on track for success.

?? Provide Support for Success - Help apprentices overcome learning barriers with timely interventions and additional support, ensuring they reach their full potential.

?? Regular Reviews - Conduct tripartite reviews every 10 weeks with apprentices and employers to assess progress, set ambitious targets, and ensure readiness for the EPA (End-Point Assessment).

? Keep Records Up to Date - Maintain accurate training plans and off-the-job training records, demonstrating apprentices' active engagement throughout their programme.

?? What We're Looking For:

�? Relevant qualification in Plant Construction Maintenance or a related field.

?? Assessor qualifications(or a willingness to achieve them - training provided!)

?? Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and functional skills requirements.

?? Experience using e-portfolio systems to track and report learner progress, or a willingness to adapt and learn.

?? Passion for education and training, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

??? Excellent communication & motivational skills to engage with apprentices and employers.

?? Willingness to travel across the UK for student workplace visits.
