The position is full-time and fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities- Apprenticeship Skills Coach in Business Administration and Property Management• Coaching and Support: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to apprentices, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge in Business Administration and Property Management.• Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging training programmes that align with industry standards and meet the individual needs of learners.• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor apprentices' progress through observation, evaluations, and feedback, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.• Constructive Feedback: Provide constructive and timely feedback to apprentices on their performance, helping them to identify areas for improvement and setting clear goals for their development.• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of apprentices' progress, assessments, and achievements, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.• Collaboration: Work closely with employers to understand their needs and ensure the training delivered is relevant and beneficial for the apprentices’ roles.• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes, including observations of training sessions and providing input for continuous improvement of training delivery.• Resource Development: Create and curate training materials and resources that facilitate effective learning and engagement for apprentices.• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Business Administration and Property Management, incorporating new knowledge and skills into training programmes.What We’re Looking For- Apprenticeship Skills Coach in Business Administration and Property ManagementFully Remote• Experience as a Skills Trainer or Tutor, ideally in Business Administration or Property Management.• A recognised Assessor's Award such as TAQA or CAVA.• Demonstrable vocational competence with a recent supportive work summary in Business Administration and Property Management.• Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Property Management.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• A passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their goals.• Relevant qualifications in the field.For more information please contact Simon atkins at Pertemps Newcastle on
