Robert Half are proudly partnering with a UK leading business in their field that are looking for a Credit Controller to join them on a permanent and full-time basis!
Salary of up to £28k
Full-time and permanent position (37.5 hours a week)
Based in the South-West of Bristol
In this role, you will:
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits
- Analyse accounts for overdue payments
- Contact customers via phone or email
- Negotiate payment plans and terms
- Work with Credit insurers
Skills sought:
- Knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and regulations
- Prior experience of credit control is desired but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Proficient in using accounting software
