Role: Oversee the execution and optimization of the Online Retail Merchandising strategy, ensuring seamless range implementation and enhancing the customer journey to achieve sales, market share, and NPS goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead range reviews and retail merchandising plans to maximize sales and profit.
  • Optimize the customer journey and user experience, supporting content and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with digital, trading, and marketing teams to drive seamless execution.
  • Analyse performance, sales, and web metrics, providing insights to influence stakeholders.
  • Lead a team to improve conversion rates, AOV, and sales through data-driven decisions.
  • Address customer feedback and monitor changing shopping behaviours to optimize online strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on initiatives, insights, and results to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent ways of working via established processes and toolkits.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in digital merchandising and leadership.
  • Expertise in customer journeys, conversion optimization, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and exposure to offline marketing is a plus.
