Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Consultant

Somerset £25,000-£35,000

I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Biodiveristy Net Gain (BNG) Consultant to join a brilliant team in Somerset! They are a very established team who have experience in a mix of multi-disciplinary services. They work across the UK on a variation of projects and are keen to expand the team!

Responsibilities of a BNG Consultant include;

  • Undertaking fieldwork including site surveys and monitoring.
  • BNG assessments including use of biodiversity metrics and design.
  • GIS mapping and report writing.

Requirements include;

  • Degree level qualification in Ecology or related field.
  • Experience in using the 4.0 Metric and condition assessments.
  • Botanical survey experience - FISC 3 or equivalent.
