A rare opportunity has arisen in the Dulverton area for an experienced mortgage broker to work for an agricultural organisation.
The role will be working Monday to Friday day hours and pay a basic of £36,000 per annum. free parking and lots of other company benefits

Must have experience within the mortgage broking industry and have rural or agricultural experience within this sector
Duties:
Management of telephone and e-mail enquiries, handling quotations for potential clients
Handling Due Diligence data
Liaising with potential borrowers in relation to queries raised by lenders
end to end management of the application process.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Must have patience and a good understanding of the process and industry
The applicant must have current CeMAP Level 3
The applicant must have demonstrable experience of working in the agricultural and rural sector.
Demonstrable skills in the use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office programmes.
