Head of Claims / Regional Claims Manager
Location: South West and South Wales
Salary: completely dependent on the strength and background of the person - excellent packages available+ good benefits including bonus, car allowance

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the claims function for the South West England and South Wales region
Implement claims strategies in line with company goals and objectives
Manage a team of claims professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Review and analyse claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective claims processing
Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in claims management
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the claims function
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within claims management
Strong technical knowledge of claims processes and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Analytical and strategic mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to travel within the region as needed
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required
