 Model Validation Manager - UK wide role

Are you an experienced professional in model risk management with a passion for ensuring robust and compliant financial models? I'm exclusively supporting a banking client of mine two Model Validation Manager positions which can be based in any one of their UK offices.As a Model Validation Manager, you'll play a key role in leading independent validation activities, managing relationships with senior stakeholders, and promoting a strong risk culture across the organisation. You'll work closely with Risk and Finance professionals to ensure models remain fit for purpose and compliant with regulatory standards.Experienced required:? 4+ years of experience in model development or validation within financial services.? Strong technical expertise in credit risk, IFRS9, operational risk, or stress testing.? Proficiency in SAS and Excel; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.?
