This role includes the liaison with external and internal stakeholders, managing and escalating risk issues in order to ensure a seamless transfer of services back to Somerset Council by the end of Sept 2025. This is a high profile project and involves the transfer of a regulatory service, involving customer data and frontline customer access. Some on site meetings may be required but it will be largely an assignment working off-site.
