Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Performance Director to join a Financial Planning firm.

Our client is a UK wide Financial Planning specialist, who has been going from strength to strength over the years. As they continue to develop their offering, they are looking for Performance Director to support in managing the performance of the new advisers joining and companies merging with them. You will also play a key role in improvising strategies and helping these advisers increase their offers to client!

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Delivering Performance and Learning material
  • Support in building and delivering business plans
  • Completing gross margin and Cost to Income ratios
  • Managing FUM growth and distribution, working closely with the BDM team
  • Support with adviser recruitment and succession planning
  • Managing and maintaining client bank acquisition

Skills and experience required:

  • Performance and Learning management experience within Financial Planning
