The Role:

As a Paraplanner, you will be at the heart of the financial planning process, supporting advisers by producing high-quality, compliant reports and technical research. Your day-to-day will include:

Conducting in-depth research and analysis on financial products.

Preparing suitability reports and recommendations in line with client objectives.

Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company standards.

Liaising with Financial Advisers and Administrators to ensure seamless client service.

Assisting with cashflow modelling and technical calculations.

What We’re Looking For:

Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards it).

Proven experience in a Paraplanning role within an IFA or Wealth Management firm.

Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial information.

Proficiency with financial planning software (e.g., Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Cashflow Modelling tools).

A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality advice and solutions.
