The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Adult Social Care matters.

Duties may include:

Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Adult Social Care Legislations including Court of Protection, Section 21a, Section 16 and Designation matters
Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Adult Social Care matters
If candidates can conduct advocacy on behalf of the Local Authority this would be desirable, but not essential
