To manage team of highly talented technical resources via matrix management and to ensure that they continue to deliver a truly outstanding service to agreed SLA's and OLA's.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working and managing resources in the SME space (Small / Medium Sized Enterprises) 2000 plus users.

Must have outstanding managerial skills and have managed a large number of technical resources.
