Fully Remote Family Solicitor – Join a Leading Family Law & Childcare Organisation

A leading Family Law & Childcare firm with offices nationwide is seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join its team on a fully remote basis. This rare opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, offering flexibility without compromising on career progression or support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in Family Law and Childcare matters, including proceedings under the Children Act and related legislation
  • Conduct and defend court proceedings or tribunal hearings, instructing counsel as necessary
  • Work independently with little supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of Children’s Law
  • Collaborate with the wider specialist team to advocate for young people and vulnerable adults

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (though all levels are encouraged to apply)
  • Previous experience in Family Law or Childcare matters is essential
  • Confident in managing a caseload and representing clients in family proceedings
