About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Administrator to provide comprehensive support to a school setting. This role offers flexible hours and is remote-based, with one monthly on-site visit to the school in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative tasks and manage queries received in the People inbox.

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of the People function, including:

    • Recruitment

    • Employee Relations

    • Payroll Support

    • Change Management projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience within an education setting highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
