You will ensure key deadlines are met, manage & organise essential data and handle communications from diverse sources. Additional responsibilities include overseeing grant formalities, validations and reporting. Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least two years’ experience in a comparable role
  • In-depth understanding of intellectual property administration and formalities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Residing in the United Kingdom

Desirable Attributes:

  • CIPA Administrator and/or CITMA Paralegal certification
  • Practical experience in handling renewals or validations
  • Familiarity with the Patricia® records management system
  • Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting
