Locum Right to Buy Officer – Full or Part Time – Predominantly Remote – Up to £30 per hour DOE (Umbrella)
Venn Group’s specialist legal team is assisting a Local Authority in the East Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Right to Buy Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a legal administrator or someone with existing conveyancing or Right to Buy experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing Right to Buy applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation
- Conducting eligibility checks, liaising with tenants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and issuing Section 125 Notices and ensuring deadlines are met
- Providing advice and guidance to tenants and internal teams regarding Right to Buy procedures
Role Details:
- Duration: 3-6-month contract, with a likelihood of extension thereafter
- Working Arrangements: Full or Part Time, 2 days a week in office in the East Midlands
- Rate: Up to £30 per hour (via umbrella)
