Locum Right to Buy Officer – Full or Part Time – Predominantly Remote – Up to £30 per hour DOE (Umbrella)

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is assisting a Local Authority in the East Midlands in their search for an experienced Locum Right to Buy Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a legal administrator or someone with existing conveyancing or Right to Buy experience. Key Responsibilities:

Managing and processing Right to Buy applications from start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation
Conducting eligibility checks, liaising with tenants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
Preparing and issuing Section 125 Notices and ensuring deadlines are met
Providing advice and guidance to tenants and internal teams regarding Right to Buy procedures

Role Details:

Duration: 3-6-month contract, with a likelihood of extension thereafter
Working Arrangements: Full or Part Time, 2 days a week in office in the East Midlands
Rate: Up to £30 per hour (via umbrella)
