Working with a Financial services Client based in the South West.

* Day to day work with your teams to remove impediments, coach team members and help facilitate agile ceremonies* Help to build and prioritise the backlog across multiple sources and stakeholders.* Work to align your team's delivery plans with wider integration plans across the Business Research Design & Development organisation.* Clarification and refinement of user stories and non-functional requirements with the Product Owner, Business Analyst & Dev teams* Work with the extended Scrum Master community, including SAFe Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to improve agile practices, share good practice and increase the effectiveness of SAFe* You will champion Lean & Agile practices, supporting teams as we continually look to improve flow* Certified Scrum Master - ideally for multiple teams, applying agile principles, practices and theory* Experience working within an embedded software environment and of working in a similar organisation* Ability to coach, empower and lead teams to self-organisation, encouraging continuous improvement* Proactively seek to remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments. Make work transparent. Progress against goals, measured and made available to stakeholders* Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution* Experience following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)* Use of Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)* Ability to coach colleagues within the team* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident presenting your work and representing the team at all levels* Proactive and self-starting approach to definition and delivery.
