Senior Surveyor - Lead £Multi-Million Government Retrofit Programme£51,466 | Somerset | Hybrid | 3-year Fixed Term Contract

Panoramic Associates are supporting a housing provider with a major government-backed Warm Homes Project to improve the energy efficiency of social housing across theSouthwest. We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead this £multi-million retrofit programme, working across a diverse portfolio, including modern and historic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Warm Homes programme, improving thousands of homes

  • Manage and develop a technical team to deliver innovative retrofit solutions

  • Ensure a balance of modern energy technologies with historic building preservation

  • Collaborate with industry partners on cutting-edge solutions like heat pumps and smart systems

  • Drive resident-centered improvements to reduce fuel poverty
