Experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager - Environmental Conferences

Fully remote / Home working (must be UK based)

(Travel to Events & Team meetups required)

Salary up to £45K+ OTE £65K+

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced conference Sponsorship Sales professional to join a small, growing membership-led news and events business.

This business fosters collaboration by connecting industry leaders and practitioners through content-rich environmental conferences, events and up-to-date industry news shared via various formats; digital portal, email, reports etc.

We're looking for a highly consultative, ambitious and driven sponsorship sales professional to join the company - they have big growth plans and this role is pivotal in supporting the expansion.

Your essential Experience will include:

  • B2B Sponsorship Sales- Able to pick up the phone & sell from day one. Can create & deliver your sales strategy. Have a demonstratable track record of meeting and exceeding your targets and deadlines.
  • New Business- Proven track record sourcing, converting and developing new business.
  • Key Account Management- Skilled in consultatively (and commercially) nurturing client relationships & growing spending year on year.
  • Team-focused - Enjoy working collaboratively with your team and like to share insights, updates and successes with colleagues and are naturally enthused to support the wider team. Contribute new ideas and likewise consider suggestions from others.
  • Communication - Positively communicate (written, spoken and in person) with internal and external stakeholders. Are reliable and professional at all times.
