We are seeking a Headteacher for a Leading provider of Specialist education provider with independent schools and additional support services all over the country for young people with range of diverse special educational needs.

As Headteacher, you will lead with a strong commitment to fostering high-quality, creative learning, ensuring that our pupil's educational needs are met and their potential is fully maximised. You will have the backing of a comprehensive support infrastructure, including Finance, Resourcing, HR, and IT services, as well as a network of fellow Headteachers and dedicated school improvement support from the central team.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A minimum of three year's experience in a senior leadership role at a specialist school for students with complex communication needs.
  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide a clear and inspiring vision
  • A thorough understanding that effective school leadership and management involves processes that drive pupil outcomes, motivate staff, and ensure the safety and well being of students.
