Panoramic Associates is pleased to be working with a reputable education provider based in the South West of England to recruit for an Interim HR Director. This school provides outstanding education to secondary aged students, opening up fantastic opportunities for their futures.

They are looking for a credible and highly experienced Interim HR Director to join them ASAP until September/October 2025. As the Interim HRD, you will work on-site 5 days per week, 8-4:30. This is a strategic and operational role. Key elements of the role will include compliance and safeguarding. Your overall role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Leadership of the HR Team
  • Case Work
  • Policies and strategy
  • CPD
  • Learning and Development

To be considered for this position, you will have the following:

  • Extensive experience as a HR Director/People Director
  • Education experience
  • Have worked both strategically and operationally
  • Have a personable approach

You must also be able to start in March for a contract until September/October and be able to work onsite.
