Our client is a leading service provider with multiple sites across the South of England. Due to an exciting period of change there is an opportunity for a HR Change Partner to join the business on a 2-year FTC. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner’s to help leadership teams go through a large-scale change programme.

In this role they will be responsible for delivering end to end support to ensure the successful delivery of change management, including restructures and TUPE transfers. Efforts will focus on effective engagement, cultural development and supporting with impactful communication strategies.

You will line manage a HR Coordinator and be flexible to attend on site meetings as and when required. This is a home-based position, with the ideal candidate based in the South West.
