This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects and drive continuous improvements within a leading-edge organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and complete Business Analyst (BA) activities on assigned demands.
  • Conduct in-depth requirements gathering to understand project goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation for handover to project delivery teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between demand requestors and the Systems & Data (S&D) team, ensuring data requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Intelligent Automation (IA) and Digital teams on customer experience (CX) demands.
  • Perform data analysis and update weekly demand KPI reports.
  • Provide process improvement support for projects within the S&D team.
  • Foster positive, cross-functional relationships to ensure collaborative approaches to project delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting; experience with Excel and Office 365 is essential.
  • Solid understanding of process development and optimisation.
  • Stakeholder management experience, working with multiple teams and functions.
  • Experience in an operational environment, managing multiple inputs and delivering focused outcomes.
  • Excellent corporate presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
