The RoleAs an IT Specialist (ERP), you’ll be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring our ERP system is running smoothly and effectively supports our business processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in ERP and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Support: Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One or similar).User Training: Provide user support and training to staff to enhance their ERP system knowledge.System Customization: Assist in customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of different departments.Integration Projects: Collaborate with the IT and operational teams to integrate ERP with other business systems and third-party tools.Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data entry, reporting, and system updates.Technical Support: Provide general IT support within the office, addressing hardware and software issues.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.
What We’re Looking ForEducation: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) through coursework, internships, or prior work experience.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of databases, system administration, and business processes.Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the ERP and IT space.
