About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our IT Applications Liquidlogic team to cover maternity leave for 18 months. We are looking for an experienced IT Applications Lead to oversee the development, continuous improvement, and support of our adults Liquidlogic application. This role plays a key part in providing professional, proactive, and responsive IT services to the end users of the Liquidlogic Application.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

  • Ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of application systems.

  • Developing and enforcing best practices for application development and management.

  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

  • Managing escalations to external suppliers and overseeing issue resolution.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A strong understanding of Social Care and Education with experience supporting and developing the Liquidlogic product.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Experience in leading system upgrades and new developments, with a good grasp of change management processes.
