Product and Problem Manager

I am currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Product and Problem Manager to join a leading organisation based in the Wiltshire. Within this position you must have previous experiences of working across a variety of Service Components that are delivered within Quality, Cost and Time requirements and identify and use the best delivery methods. Please note that for this position you must currently hold an active SC Clearance and be willing to be put through a DV Clearance

Rate -£650.00 per day inside ir35

Location - Wiltshire - twice a week onsite

Duration - 12 Months

The Role

You will be delivering service components ensuring these are being delivered within Quality, cost and time requirements identifying and using the best delivery methods

- Using knowledge of LAN, WAN, WI-FI, Data centre LAN, SD Networks, telephony and mobile solutions infrastructure, network specific security and remote access technology and approaches

- Risk Balance cases - Collaborating with engineers to ensure systems are being designs and agree critical SLAs and engage with a variety of third party suppliers

- Assure critical transitions, ensuring all MSP services and systems are successfully complete

- Review Obsolescence designs and TLMPs for FN Products

-Act as a point of escalation and cascade messages, standards and best practices for other architecture teams and design authorities to the network architecture team engaging with Technical Design Architect as and when appropriate
