  • ERP Support: Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our ERP system (e.g., SAP Business One or similar).
  • User Training: Provide user support and training to staff to enhance their ERP system knowledge.
  • System Customization: Assist in customizing the ERP system to meet the specific needs of different departments.
  • Integration Projects: Collaborate with the IT and operational teams to integrate ERP with other business systems and third-party tools.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure data entry, reporting, and system updates.
  • Technical Support: Provide general IT support within the office, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system changes, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.

  • Education: A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One) through coursework, internships, or prior work experience.
