Field Engineer

NonStop is looking for a Field Engineer to work within a Central Government Department. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in ground-breaking work, someone who wants to be involved in protecting national security whilst enabling users to work in far better ways than any previous solutions have allowed in this space.

As a Field Engineer you will carry out installations on sites in collaboration with our Service Desk and other teams to troubleshoot, fix and swap out Network Devices, End User Computers and peripherals.You will be responsible for investigating and resolving common technical issues at Second/Third line level, as well as deploying equipment as new Partners come on board.

* Install and upgrade equipment including network devices, desktops, peripherals and VCT builds* Diagnose and resolve incidents and problems* Provide second/third line support, covering installed networks, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals* Ensure configuration management information is maintained Update processes and training materials, as required* Work collaboratively with other teams across the Rosa Service Organisation

An active DV Clearance is required for this role.
