This is a unique job opportunity to leverage your insurance expertise and develop, support, and train the next generation of Account Executives.
What you'll do:
- Deliver Impactful Training: You'll be responsible for a 13-month training course designed to equip aspiring and experienced account executives with the skills they need to succeed in a sales-focused commercial or personal lines Account Executive role.
- You'll support learners with modern skills and tools to help them achieve their career goals.
- This is a remote role with regular on-site training sessions in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, and Dublin. (Onsite once per week) You'll balance your time between in-person training, virtual training sessions, and support learners with course development and their portfolios.
- Create and implement effective training plans tailored to apprentices' needs.
- Facilitate engaging and meaningful sessions that help learners understand core insurance sales concepts and best practices.
- Support Learner Progression: Conduct monthly progress reviews and provide targeted feedback to support ongoing development.
- Establish lasting relationships with apprentices, clients, and apprentice managers, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Enrol learners, update progress reports and ensure alignment with company and apprenticeship standards.

Essential skills and experience for success
- Charismatic, confident, and energetic personality
- Proven experience in insurance sales leadership/coaching/training or experience as an account executive
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for training and development
- Experience in either personal lines or commercial insurance
- Cert CII qualified as a minimum
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
