Childcare Locum Lawyer

The role:

We are seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join one of our long-standing local authority clients whilst they undertake permanent recruitment.

This is a fully remote role whereby you will manage on average 12-15 care cases plus some pre-proceedings alongside remote advocacy.

Full-time hours required.

Person specification:

We are looking for a qualified lawyer - solicitor, barrister or CILEX with sufficient PQE to be able to undertake the role with minimum supervision. Ideally, applicants will have previous local authority experience however candidates from the private sector who have significant, demonstrable experience of managing public law childcare cases are also encouraged to apply.
