About the Firm: A well-established and award-winning law firm is seeking a 4-5PQE Corporate Lawyer to join its Commercial Department. This full-time, permanent position is based in Chippenham, with a requirement to spend a minimum of two days per week in the office and potential travel to other office locations.

Role and Responsibilities: The Corporate Lawyer will manage a varied corporate caseload, providing excellent client service and developing business for the department through networking and marketing activities. Typical activities include:
Type of Work Undertaken:
- Buying or selling a business.
- Setting up a new business.
- Shareholder agreements.
- Partnership agreements.
- Issuing new shares and transferring shares.
- Guarantees.
- General business advice.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years PQE with solid experience in company corporate law.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with all employees.
