Employment Solicitor Role

Venn Group is currently recruiting an Employment Solicitor for a leading London University who we have partnered with on several occasions. If you are a skilled Employment Solicitor or Legal Advisor looking for locum work, we would love to hear from you.

  • Working Pattern: Part-time and Hybrid (although remote will be considered)
  • Location: London
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension or to go permanently
  • Reason: while they recruit permanently
  • Essential Experience: General Employment Law including but not limited to recruitment, employment contracts, disciplinaries and grievances, harassment and bullying, long-term absences, reasonable adjustments, whistleblowing, reward and recognition, statutory consultation, redundancy and dismissal, settlement agreements, trades unions and industrial action, and TUPE
  • Desirable Experience: Experience with HEIs and/or public sector and experience in a unionised environment
