Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of general litigation matters
  • Providing excellent client service and developing strong client relationships
  • Networking and marketing activities to generate client business
  • Producing articles, blogs, and posts to raise profile and expertise awareness
  • Collaborating effectively with other teams within the organisation

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Minimum of two years' fee earning experience
  • Experience in property litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, and/or shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Motivated, self-sufficient, and excellent time management skills
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft packages)
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in other types of civil litigation, including landlord and tenant, debt recovery, contractual disputes, professional negligence, and personal injury
