Local Authority Locum Planning Lawyer

Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority client for the recruitment of an experienced planning lawyer.

Duties will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements
  • Planning and enforcement advice
  • Advising on highways law
  • Advising on certificates of lawful use
  • Attendance at Committees once a month in Somerset

Candidates will need to demonstrate extensive planning experience ideally gained in a local authority setting.

Full and condensed working hours will be considered.
