Working Arrangement: Predominantly Remote Working, office attendance once a week

Hourly Rate: Up to £20 per hour Umbrella

Duties may include:

• Provide legal, clerical, and administrative support to the Solicitors in the Childcare team              
• Undertake a variety of child protection related activities under the designation of the Solicitors
• Case management, concerning court of protection and deprivation of liberty matters              
• Day to day liaisons with Social Care teams, courts, external partners, private practitioners and other bodies              
• Legal research using primary and secondary sources and presented findings and conclusions
• Collating evidence, preparing court applications and continuing the document management of court cases
