Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – East of England – Part Time –  Remote Working – £55 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team is currently working with an East of England based Local Authority seeking a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Remote
  • Duration:  initial 3-6 months (potential for extension)
  • Hours: Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

The successful candidate will manage a varied commercial property caseload, including landlord and tenant matters, drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and easements. As well as any other related matters as instructed by the Council.
