An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Locum Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a Council in the East Midlands. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of complex and high-profile commercial matters, all while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts
- Review and advise on various funding and grant agreements
- Advise on procurement procedures and the use of Frameworks
- Provide advice relating to Data Protection matters
- Potential to assist on Governance Matters, to include Cabinet Reports
Role Details:
- Duration: Initial 3 months, with a strong likelihood of extension.
- Location: Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK!
- Rate: Up to £55 per hour (Umbrella).
