The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and can demonstrate knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation, including industrial disease, noise induced hearing loss, HAVS, Highway Claims and historic abuse.
Duties may include:
- Undertake all aspects of legal work relating to Personal Injury Litigation with a focus on industrial disease, noise induced hearing loss, HAVS, Highway Claims and historic abuse
- Liaise and work collaboratively with other legal representatives
- To prepare and manage a varied caseload in relation to Personal Injury Litigation and support case preparation for Court
